We are a new online company and our product inventory “on-hand” is currently limited. We are in the process of building our own warehouse to store more items on-hand. The current warehouse we are utilizing can cause delays to some items ordered due to their inventory. We will inform you within 2 days of your order if any items you have requested are on backorder at the warehouse and let you know your options. Items on backorder can take an additional 4 weeks.

Shipments within the US will be mailed via USPS or UPS. Shipment outside the US will be shipped via Fed-Ex or UPS. Unless otherwise informed about backorder items, shipments will go out within 5-7 business days after payment has cleared.


There are some items that we stock that cannot be shipped overseas, please see the product details to determine these items. We cannot and will not ship overseas due to government restrictions on these items and we will have to cancel a transaction if purchased from overseas. 

We cannot be held responsible for the time it takes for items to be shipped overseas due to customs regulations per country. 



 Please contact our office within 15 days to return an item, all returns must have a RMA number from us to be accepted. Merchandise must be returned to us within 30 days of the date of purchase. All returned merchandise must be in original condition with all packaging (example: warranty information, instructions, box, etc.). A 10% restocking fee may apply. We will not accept items for return or exchange if they have been subjected to unusual application or abuse, or any items which are not in original condition (i.e. Wear, tear, or odor)

Custom orders cannot be returned for exchange or credit. (i.e. Embroidered Name Tapes, Personalizes items)

In the event that you need to return an item, please follow these directions:

2.   Include a copy of the packing slip along with your RMA number for our return department.

3.   Return package via post office, UPS or Fed-Ex with a tracking number to our mailing address.  Please provide our office with the tracking number.
